The hot water in the shower ran out quickly, but following the host's instructions of waiting a while before using it would solve the issue. The parking underneath the building was quite tight.

The hosts of the studio were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always accessible and provided us with fresh fruit, food, and drinks in the apartment, which was a nice touch. The communication with them was excellent, and they even gave us detailed information on how to check-in since we couldn't meet in person. the bed in the studio was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The limited English level of the hosts, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Another issue was the lack of private parking, as the limited spaces were often occupied, forcing us to park on the street.

The host provided a taxi driver for my parents, who spoke good English and was very helpful. The location was near the main mosque and the amenities were easily accessible. The place was new, clean, and had comfortable rooms with good shower facilities. it was a great stay with excellent hosts.

I recently stayed at Rix Studio Park and had a great experience. The communication with the property was good, and even though they spoke Russian, we were able to communicate somehow as they live across the hall. The apartment was very new and clean, and we were even upgraded to a bigger, nicer apartment. The shower was spacious and the towels provided were soft. The price for what we got was really worth it. I would highly recommend staying at Rix Studio Park.
